The Gift of Good Food

History

Good Food on Montford is the sophomore effort from award-winning chef Bruce Moffett. Taking his experiences from Barrington’s Restaurant, Moffett set off to create a tapas-style restaurant which resulted in Good Food both literally and figuratively. Located in the heart of Montford Drive, Good Food has earned its keep as one of the top restaurants in Charlotte and was a James Beard semi-finalist in 2010 for best new restaurant.

Ambiance

The small yet inviting space complements the impeccable tapas-style menu perfectly. Minimalist decor features exposed bricks, beautiful wood ceiling beams and funky light fixtures. The setting is perfect for a date night, casual dinner with friends, girls nights out and everything in between.

Philosophy

The key to Good Food is creativity. Chef Larry Schreiber's small plate menu is constantly evolving, creating a masterclass in seasonally-driven cuisine using only local and organic products.
